This place was amazing! We had a wonderful time during our city trip. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight – such a great way to cool off after exploring the city in the heat. Another great aspect was the location – it was right in the heart of the city, so everything was easily accessible. And the fact that there was free breakfast every morning was a huge plus. an excellent experience.

Honestly, we really didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. The only minor issue was that the room we stayed in was a bit small, but it was still very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel is located amidst beautiful orchards in an idyllic setting. the rooftop pool and sauna are fantastic. the service leaves a lot to be desired. the room is clean but basic, and the bathroom is small. Breakfast is subpar, and the lack of variety is disappointing.

The staff are unaccommodating, and their lack of warmth and personality take away from the hotel's charm.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was delightful, with a refreshing indoor swimming pool, stunning rooftop pool and relaxing sauna. the spa lounge offered serene massages and treatments, while the sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers provided utmost relaxation.

Although the dinner was remarkable, we found limited menu options.

the location in the middle of an apple orchard also adds to the serenity of the environment.

The rooms are a bit small and could do with some updating. the food choices were limited and we often had to venture out to nearby restaurants for more variety.
